ACM Construction Management’s Project Inspection team is comprised of well-seasoned, qualified personnel. The Project Inspector’s function is to assure construction and material compliance to the Project Plans and Specifications. Our department personnel provide checks and balances for all services, delivering our clients real and flawless, cost-effective, individual solutions.
Our scope of Project Inspection Services includes observation and documentation of all daily Construction activities: field conditions, installation performance, material usage, equipment, and manpower.
All activities are summarized in a Daily Report, containing a detailed description of the items being performed and may incorporate photographs as applicable. This report is then reviewed and submitted to the client.
